About the Speakers

Dr. Michael Hayward, a practicing orthodontist with offices in Palatine, IL and Barrington, IL, saw an increase of 25% in gross production and an increase of 24% in referrals from 2007 to 2008. He has over 20 years of clinical experience and is the trusted choice of more than 30 area dentists for their patients who need orthodontic treatment. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, and completed a multi-year residency in orthodontics at Northwestern University Dental School. He is a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists and an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Illinois Society of Orthodontists, among others.

David Kent, a Senior Marketing Consultant for Practice Builders, has experience with more than 4,000 practices including strategic planning, creative development, implementation and consulting over the course of his 15-year marketing career.
