Know How to Boost Your Practice Revenue Without Spending a Cent?

A successful businessman once observed, “You can pay people to work – but you can’t pay them to care.” There is no business where having a caring staff matters more than in your healthcare practice. Never underestimate how much your patients and prospects judge you as a doctor by how your staff treats them, from the first inquiry call they make to your practice to their most recent appointment.
