Our STAFF TRAINING program can help take your staff to the next level by showing them easy, fundamental steps to excellent patient service. Through role-playing, phone skills training and hands-on direction, our experienced trainers can help line up your staff with your vision of success.

For referred practices, our PRACTICE REP training is a one- or two-day meeting during which we will help your practice rep start making the most of out of every visit and every day by working smarter, not harder. We’ll help lay the foundation your rep understand the signals they are receiving and translate them into actionable items. Your practice rep will gain a rock-solid foundation in basic skills, from creating or improving a referral database to identifying practice decision-makers and influencers, the practice rep program can boost your practice and your reputation.

At the top of your practice, you may need LEADERSHIP TRAINING. Conducted by licensed psychologists, our leadership training program can show practice owners, partners and other key executives the basic traits they need to become a more effective leader and also identify roadblocks to their success.
