Alisa loves seeing her clients and their businesses grow and become successful. She has dedicated herself to building successful business relationships, cohesive sales teams and the highest level of service to clients for over 30 years. She has a knack for helping clients maximize efficiency, increase revenues and build their own business relationships aimed at achieving and exceeding their growth and profitability goals. In her free time, Alisa enjoys tasting and collecting wine with her husband, spending time boating, cooking, entertaining and painting. Her proudest achievement is raising four children and enjoying time with seven grandchildren. She is currently the chairperson for the Women’s Impact Council and a board member at the Center Club in Costa Mesa, CA, a Club Corp International business networking group.
Anna is known for her positive energy and attitude. She enjoys account management and being able to assist clients in getting the most out of their marketing services, as well as solving complex problems and collaborating to fulfill their marketing goals. She has a knack for creating unique brands for her clients, understanding their business objectives and effectively communicating them to consumers to create strong differentiators in the consumer mindset. Anna enjoys working with each individual client. She recognizes that everyone has unique needs and goals and loves being able to provide a solution for each specific client. She is a recent graduate from a top program at the University of South Carolina, Darla Moore School of Business. During her college tenure she did many internships with various South Carolina organizations. She was mentored by industry-leading professionals and gained unparalleled experience in conjunction with her education. When she is not working you can find her spending quality time with friends and family. She likes spending time near water, whether it’s boating, jet skiing or just hanging out by the pool. Anna also volunteers for a local dog rescue and fosters dogs to ease the adoption process. She is a passionate advocate for their wellbeing and making sure they receive the love they deserve, and finds it so rewarding when her puppies get placed with amazing families.
Jenna is very good with customer relations and has eight years of experience in this field. She started her career as an airhostess, where she learned how to present herself and how to understand the needs and requirements of clients. Jenna loves to work as part of a team and uses her best communication skills to help her clients. She always tries to empathize with them and believes that the customer is always right.
In her free time, Jenna has great passion for traveling, exploring new places like beaches and mountains and learning about different cultures and customs. On weekends, she spends most of her time with her friends and her 2-year-old puppy.
Amit Goswami is knowledgeable and customer oriented professional with a wealth of experience in managing multiple accounts, increasing sales and revenue for his clients as he possess the line of communication between clients and businesses to get projects done. With over 10 years in both public and private sectors, Amit has experience in client management, team building, professional development and strategic implementation also have organized various professional events and meet ups.

A graduate of The New School University, Ms. Paterson moved to Long Branch, NJ to attend Monmouth University for her Master's in Corporate and Public Communication. She has worked for four years in the healthcare industry and has over a dozen years of experience in client relations and business growth. She has worked in various different industries including healthcare specifically Ophthalmology, technology, fashion, and hospitality. In 2019, she has implemented an LMS eLearning platform specifically for her clients so they can educate themselves online with their EHR/PM/ and ASC software. Captivated by the social media movement, trends, and new mediums of communication, Ms. Paterson wanted to apply these new methods in an industry her family has lots of experience in - healthcare. Heather cares about the success of her clients. She loves forming close relationships with them to ensure they are getting everything they wish! In her spare time, she likes finding new recipes to cook, watching old movies and retro music videos, traveling, her fiance, and her puppy Opal.
With over 30 years of healthcare marketing experience under his belt, Howard still finds the greatest joy in writing. He has published two nonfiction books and has written dozens of articles for national and regional publications in a variety of fields, even beyond healthcare. You’ll find him most weekends working on his latest personal project, whether it’s writing a post-apocalyptic sci-fi novel or a children’s picture book. It makes sense then that Howard’s greatest professional strength is his strong written communications skills, accompanied by a high level of productivity, efficiency, and ability to meet multiple deadlines daily.
When she isn’t in her vegetable and flower gardens or spending time with her grandchildren, Pam can be found working alongside clients to solved organizational protocol and staff issues. As a former Practice Administrator for a busy OB/GYN group, Pam contracted Practice Builders to assist her in forming a solid marketing plan and branding for new services. Those strategies were so successful that Pam was offered the opportunity to work as a training consultant with the Practice Builders team. Having the insight into the issues and concerns that plague all healthcare providers has given her an edge in helping her clients. She is known for assessing and addressing practice management and HR issues, but she is most passionate about working with motivated practices that are eager to learn and implement training strategies.
Mandy is a seasoned entrepreneur with 25 years of business-building experience. She is an award-wining public speaker with strong communication and presentation skills and a motivated trainer and coach with a successful track record of developing human potential and helping high-level professionals improve their performance. She has helped hundreds of practitioners to improve revenue and increase productivity. Her clients report an average of 40% increase in income while substantially reducing work hours. Mandy also creates and facilitates workshops and customized training programs, and she helps entrepreneurs define strategic objectives, improve systems and processes, and develop tactics to accomplish their goals.
Irene Doti is a Senior Training Consultant. She has worked with virtually every type of medical and dental specialty practice throughout the US and Canada. She focuses on building the patient communications skills of staff members; physicians; dentists and orthodontists to dramatically impact patient satisfaction. And, she created Practice Builders’ renowned Case Acceptance Program for Dentists and Orthodontists that represents an innovative, customer-centered approach to selling cosmetic services. She served as Corporate Public Relations Director for Molina Healthcare, Inc. and holds a BA in Communications from Loyola University of Chicago; and an MA from Portland State University, Portland, OR.
